Lee Elzy Buckingham, age 88, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the Willows of Willard Care Center. He was born on November 2, 1927 in Willard, Ohio to the late Ferl and Bernice (Woods) Buckingham. Mr. Buckingham was a graduated from New Haven High School and served in the US Army and Army National Guard. A farmer his entire life, he was a former 4-H Advisor, a director on the Huron County Fair Board, a member of the Huron County Agriculture Hertitage, and former director on the Huron County Soil and Water. Mr. Buckingham was also a member of the New Haven United Methodist Church, the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Lodges, and the Willard Historical Society.
