NORWALK — Paul E. Douglas, 77, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016, in Norwalk Memorial Home. He was born September 18, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Ernest R. and Esther M. (Miesse) Douglas, and came to this area in 1977.
