PORTSMOUTH — Robert Edward Sanders, 71, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2016, inSouthern Ohio Medical Center Hospice Hospice, with his family by his side. He worked for many years as a tow truck driver for Hamilton Towing in Portsmouth, Ohio.
